The Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the Head of Growth Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth via demand generation channels while improving spend efficiency. You will be tasked with reaching our target pool of prospects through paid media efforts to accelerate their value with GoodTime. You will also support the engagement of current customers through mediums such as email. This role will also be responsible for supporting other marketing team members in key functions such as ABM, events, affiliate marketing and more. We are data-driven in everything we do, and will test and measure personalized messaging across our funnel by audience segment. We are quick to find learnings, make optimizations and strategic pivots based on performance and data.
What you'll do
- Partner with Head of Growth Marketing to drive digital marketing initiatives, including online paid advertising, email marketing, and other growth channels like events and affiliate marketing
- Design and execute growth-focused paid media strategies across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and winback
- Drive paid media recommendations and optimization based on company's demand and efficiency goals
- Work with the Head of Growth Marketing on creating experimentation roadmaps to quickly execute testing opportunities, validate hypotheses and scale effective outcomes
- Assist in the management and execution of alternative paid channels including affiliate partnerships, events, and review sites
- Write creative briefs and work with creative teams to design campaign assets and landing pages
- Regularly, measure and report on the impact of projects, and collaborate to scale efficient levers
What you'll bring
- 3+ years working in B2B growth marketing or paid media management, with demonstrated experience in end-to-end paid campaign processes, including setup, budget allocation, bid optimization, and ongoing performance tracking
- Extensive experience managing campaigns on key paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, experience in Metadata.io for management is preferred) with a hyper-attention to detail, accuracy in campaign and audience setup, targeting, and tracking
- Data-led decision making and analytical skills. You are expected to utilize ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI, track KPIs, and continuously refine campaign strategies based on data insights
- Self-starter in project and task management via Asana
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation technologies such as Hubspot, Chili Piper, and Salesforce
- Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with a win-as-a-team mentality
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000
GoodTime uses market data to determine the compensation ranges listed on our job posting based on the level of skills and abilities needed. Some candidates may have a level of skills that matches another range based on their experience, skills, credentials and expertise. The majority of candidates will likely fall in the middle of the range depending on experience, skills, credentials and expertise.
