Please note this is a hybrid role that reports to a traditional office setting several days during the week.
Director Of Marketing Responsibilities Include
- Develop, implement, and oversee the marketing strategy for our holistic wellness and other products.
- Manage local and national advertising budgets.
- Build, lead, and train a marketing team as we grow.
- Collaborate with vendors to design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Lead media planning, buying, and partnerships.
- Expand and engage our social media presence across diverse markets.
- Report directly to and collaborate with the C-Suite team.
Director Of Marketing Qualifications Include
- 5+ years of marketing experience at the Director of Executive level.
- Expertise in analyzing marketing metrics across multiple channels and adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
- Proven ability to track ROI and manage department budgets.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in the wellness, cannabis, or holistic health space.
- Ability to work from a corporate office Monday-Friday, there is no remote work for this role.
