Our eCommerce client is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team through April to cover and upcoming maternity leave.
This is an exciting role for a Marketing Analyst, familiar with digital marketing channels and strategies, to leverage data and insights to develop impactful marketing strategies. You'll be working alongside the ecommerce Director analyzing daily marketing campaign performance and turn data insights into actions to make smarter strategic decisions to drive business growth. It would be a strong plus if you also understand the impact a loyalty program can have on a business and how to measure and drive customer behavior.
Requirements Of The Marketing Analyst
- Data driven analytical thinker that can interpret data to drive business decisions
- Track record of building and executing scalable strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- Experience using data and BI tools Excel and eCommerce platform tablestakes or similar
- Loyalty program customer and campaign analysis PLUS
Responsibilities Of The Marketing Analyst
- Focused analysis of sales, marketing, and customer data
- Providing actionable insights on product performance, customer segments, and promotional effectiveness
- Identifying trends, consumer insights, and strategic growth
- Managing testing across marketing channels
- Informing decision making around message targeting, content, and promotions
- Utilizing web analytics to measure online traffic and attribute conversion
- Developing insights to improve SEO and paid search campaigns
- Making recommendations to optimize ROI, profit, and customer engagement for the ecommerce business
- Develop reporting and metrics to analyze marketing performance across all digital channels
- Partner with media agency to drive campaign performance
- Ability to pull, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple systems of record
