Zearch are helping a high growth, PE Backed SaaS company that have a deep vertical SaaS solution in the Hospitality sector. Following substantial investment they are seeking to hire their first Vice President of Marketing to lead our clients marketing team through its next phase of high growth.
The role's top priority is to increase Demand Generation, aid with Product Marketing and essentially help position our client as THE Leader in the Vertical they operate in. This person will lead, website strategy as well as demand and pipeline generation initiatives. As a key member of the executive team and report to the CRO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Lead a small team, whilst also being hands on
- Optimize and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation activities, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI maximization.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and performance of our clients website to ensure it effectively communicates our value proposition and converts visitors into leads.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create compelling content and resources that resonate with our target audience.
- Implement best practices for UX/UI to enhance the user experience and engagement on our website.
- Follow lifecycle web attribution to paid accounts
- Utilize data and insights to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of target accounts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, web strategy, and ABM in a B2B environment.
- 6+ years Marketing Leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in a high-growth, fast-paced company, preferably within the technology or SaaS, ERP, Supply Chain or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
