Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a VP Of Sales - Digital Marketing at Branding | Marketing | Advertising. The VP Of Sales will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing accounts, overseeing sales operations, driving sales strategies, and developing business opportunities. Some remote work is allowed for this role.

This is a new position. Our team is led by the former CEO of one of the largest digital marketing companies in Southern California and an Award Winning Designer. We are looking for someone who can bring $50k+ worth of recurring revenue over within the first 30 days - these are clients you bring. Your salary will based on what you deliver with incentives going up from there. Your goal should be to make $300,000 within your first year. From here you will build out a team as we generate leads from networking and google ads.
- MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED YOU CAN SELL DIGITAL MARKETING AT ANOTHER FIRM.
- Base Salary determined after 30 days. (50k of revenue in 30 days equals $15k/month base). Bonuses paid quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Product Launch Management:
- Articulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling launch strategies.
- Sell our suite of services.
- Channel Expansion & Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors.
- Lead negotiations for outside of the box contracts.
- Create and execute business plans for go to market expansion across various channels (specialty, mass market).
- Sales Operations:
- Generate clients.
- Partner with Marketing to develop channel-specific marketing/sales efforts.
- Hire and mentor sales team.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging by all sales team members.
- Create compelling retail storytelling and product education programs.
- Performance & Analysis:
- Forecast sales and develop annual budgets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Optimize inventory management across inbound/outbound channels.
- Implement systems and processes to track and improve sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Street Smarts.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations.
- Demonstrable success in developing and managing client relationships.
- Profound understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including Website Design, SEO, SEM, Adwords, Google Business Profile, and Social Media.
- Advanced negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities.
