Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage the annual marketing strategy and tactical plan.
- Develop impactful marketing strategies and produce enablement materials for both sales and partner teams.
- Efficiently oversee the marketing budget.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.
- Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business goals and generate leads.
- Partner with channel collaborators to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Cultivate analyst relations to firmly establish the company as a leader within the industry.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales forecasts and partner organizations.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure uniformity in all communications.
- Conduct competitor analysis and formulate proactive strategies.
- Build enduring relationships with internal experts, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years in a senior marketing position, preferably within a growth-oriented enterprise software environment.
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B software.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial automation sectors.
- Background in data and cloud-oriented organizations.
- Data-driven leadership with an emphasis on ROI and revenue impact across marketing channels.
- Proven ability to create reliable lead generation strategies.
- Experience in cultivating online communities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Initiative-driven with a commitment to foundational projects.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player, adept at cross-functional teamwork.

- Competitive salary range: \(180,000 to \)230,000 based on experience and qualifications.
