Summary
Cosm is looking for a dynamic leader to craft and execute strategic partnerships and activations that elevate our Cosm brand and our partner’s brands to deliver measurable results for all of our current and future Cosm Venues . This role will be responsible for driving partnerships across our Venue enterprise, which includes Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, and beyond. Through exceptional service and creative collaboration, this key role will ensure that both Cosm and our partners achieve their business objectives and maintain a strong, positive presence across markets. The individual will be responsible for driving new business partnerships (domestic and global) while leading the overall business development process within Cosm .
The individual will connect directly with key decision-makers on a regular basis to secure corporate marketing and digital media partnerships with companies wishing to maximize their relationships with Cosm platforms. Tasked with generating partnership revenue and overseeing partner relationships on a day-to-day basis , th is role will continue to grow in scope and include additional opportunities to help grow the business both domestic and international .

Responsibilities
- Lead new business sales efforts for partnerships domestic and globally for Cosm .
- Manage the overall business relationship between partners and Cosm .
- Generate leads, drive revenue, lead contract negotiations, and work with leaders and stakeholders both internally and externally .
- Take an active role in the key category development and platform ideation for Cosm .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their brand objectives are met through creative, high impact marketing solutions that resonate with our fan bases.
- D esigning and implement innovative marketing campaigns and activations that achieve organizational and partner outcomes.

- Work closely with the People & Culture team and leaders to create impactful strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.

- Investigate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, to enhance marketing strategies, improve partner engagement, and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate to develop and implement renewal strategies that exceed goals, ensuring the retention and growth of key partnerships.
- Create and manage the department’s annual budget, working regularly with the Finance department to ensure responsible and sustainable business practices that contribute to overall profitability.
- Work closely with department heads across Ticketing, Marketing, Business Strategy & Analytics, Finance, and Hospitality to align partnership strategies with organizational goals and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Leverage network, relationships, and cold outreach to identify potential new business . Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers of potential new business .
- Secure meetings with potential new business decision makers to identify how Cosm can partner in their success through solution-based partnerships .
- Attend weekly meetings with senior-level executives and provide routine sales updates .
- Ability to develop strong peer-level relationships and work in a team environment and contribute to the general success of Cosm across all facets , including positively representing Cosm among all potential and existing partners .
- A bility to collaborate across multiple internal disciplines, strong tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to produce & present multi venue partnership opportunities.
- International outlook and ability to work with diverse cultures .
- Willingness to travel as needed for various projects .
Experience
- Degree in Business, Management, Sales or Marketing required .
- 10+ years of high-level partnership sales experience
- 5+ years of management experience with a demons . trated ability to effectively lead a sales team, including developing sales strategies, managing performance, incorporating ongoing education, and providing measurable results .
- High-level contacts at large and midsize corporations, particularly companies with partnership portfolio .
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills .
- Knowledge of partnership programs, including content development and distribution for radio, television, websites, plus digital and social media .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive revenue generation and make informed decisions.
- Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring new advancements in marketing, with a proven ability to integrate innovative solutions .
- Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment managing multiple priorities with efficiency and effectiveness .
- Dynamic and approachable personality with outstanding relationship-building skills, capable of understanding and addressing the needs of diverse partners.

The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $214,800 to $343,700 . The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
