Job Description:

- Maintain and update the iGNE gWiz portal with relevant information.
- iGNE Podcast, support all Site initiatives, Branding Packages, and organize and share branding packages.
- Offsite and Event Coordination, manage the logistics associated with event planning as assigned.
- Oversee surveys, mailchimp, reminder emails, digital posters & signage for marketing.
- Ability to navigate and effectively utilize google suite and google presentations features at the advanced level.
- Ability to navigate and effectively utilize google spreadsheets at the beginner level.
- Recent Bachelor’s degree preferably in journalism, marketing, graphic design, or communications OR HS/AS with professional marketing or communications experience – must have experience with Google presentations/suites.
Technical Information:
- Pay: $29-35 hourly, depending on experience level
- Hybrid position, onsite 2-3 days per week
- 6-month contract with potential for extension/conversion
