Fanatics Commerce is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our digital marketing team, with a focus across multiple social media platforms. This eMarketing Specialist should be competent in understanding and optimizing spend within digital marketing KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working on or across Google, Amazon and/or social marketing.

Primary Purpose
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can efficiently analyze large sets of data, interpret trends, and translate findings into actionable and measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to expand your already extensive knowledge of the wider eMarketing industry within a world-class digital marketing team. The candidate will contribute to improving skills and providing insights on trends while working on a highly visible marketing channel.
The individual should enjoy solving technical problems and be adept at creating, analyzing, and improving processes. They must be highly analytical, organized, and goal-oriented, with a preference for working in a fast-paced environment. Keeping up with professional and collegiate sports is a plus. Due to the nature of the industry and the sports schedule, some late night and weekend work will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and performance data throughout the entire Fanatics business. Ensure that digital marketing spend across paid social platforms is set up to align with overall KPIs with data-backed insights.
- Continuously introduce new testing and strategic ideas to ensure we continue to evolve in a frequently changing digital marketing landscape.
- Ensure existing campaigns have support for product launches and drops to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners on new features and advancements within the space.
- Work closely with the eMarketing product team and other cross functional teams to ensure key features are released and rolled out according to plan, share best practices and continue driving growth.
- Make spend decisions and budget recommendations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources within the portfolio to maximize returns.
- Translate data insights into compelling marketing narratives, craft engaging storytelling around sales and business performance data to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.
Requirement
- Strong business reporting skills for data-driven decision-making.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods
- SQL familiarity is highly preferred.
- Team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with technology product managers and product developers to facilitate product enhancements.
- Exceedingly detail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to launch advertising for major sporting events (i.e., College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.).
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Paid Social channels is preferred (Meta, Tiktok, X, Pinterest, SnapChat)
