Job Title: SEO Manager / Specialist
Pay range $57 - 60/hr

Job Description:Drive organic growth and enhance brand visibility as our SEO Manager. You'll lead the development and execution of global SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
Technical SEO: Optimize website architecture, site speed, and mobile-friendliness to improve search engine rankings.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
Keyword Research: Identify and target relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies to execute SEO campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

Deep understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms
Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization

Technical SEO: Assist with technical SEO tasks, such as fixing broken links and improving site speed.

Reporting: Create regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
