Responsibilities
- Deliver social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimising content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
- Leading a team of 1-2x Social Media Executives who’ll support you in your planning, content creation and community management.
- Work closely with our Social Creative’s who’ll produce Reels & TikTok content for your team.
- Applying original thought to create beautiful content for our clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Suite etc.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on content plans and content our team creates.
- You’ll build relationships with the clients you’re working with alongside our Social Media Director.
- Build reports for clients, and provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of social media experience is required (agency preferrable)
- You want to build a career in Social Media Marketing and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
- You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about your work and wants to do your best.
- You enjoy being creative.
- You have strong organisational skills.
- You are meticulous when it comes to attention to detail.
- Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry, and social advertising is even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.

Compensation Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
