Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual with experience in email marketing, content creation, blog management, social media, and project management. You will play a key role in developing compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and driving engagement with both patient and B2B audiences.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies for patient and B2B audiences.
- Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation And Design
- Assist in creating visual assets for ad campaigns, social media, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to write and publish blog posts that highlight expertise and company values.
- Support graphic design needs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts, plan and execute posts, and engage with followers.
- Use social scheduling tools to plan content aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
Project Management
- Interpret, assign, and track creative projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan and lead brainstorming and editing sessions.
- Test creative approaches head-to-head to evaluate stylistic and messaging effectiveness.
- Develop cost-effective solutions and strategies when needed.
Nice-to-Haves
- Skills in photo and/or video capture and editing.
- Experience with website management and content updates.
Qualifications
- Recent Graduate or 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design.

- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple projects.
