Pay range from $29.48/hr. - $32.75/hr., depending upon experience.

Summary Of Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Manager of Digital Marketing to help execute various digital marketing strategies for the company. This individual will have an intimate understanding of member needs in order to help create a differentiated online and digital channel experience for our members. Learn and utilize expertise in digital technologies (web, mobile, eCommerce, social media platforms, etc.) to optimize all digital channels. This position may support graphic design duties as needed.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge of website usage and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar)Analytical skills, with the ability to clearly translate and present statistical dataWorking knowledge of HTML helpfulKnowledge in the marketing and use of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp and YouTubePossess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with other internal departments and managersStrong written communication skillsBe proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Suite products is preferredEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Supporting the digital/electronic marketing strategies of the Credit UnionIncrease TruWest’s online sales process by identifying, analyzing and understanding the digital marketing needs and requirements of TruWest, its members and consumersSupporting the maintenance of the Credit Union’s website, including page builds and updates on a weekly, monthly or emergency basis.Help to track/monitor and report website traffic/usage/trends, digital advertising results, and email marketing platform resultsSupport the Manager of Digital Marketing with in researching and providing digital marketing data to recommend, develop and attain the Credit Union’s strategic goals and objectives through Digital BankingWork with IT team to develop, update and problem solve digital channels (Web, Mobile, ATM, Signage, etc)Work with third-party vendors in building and maintaining digital channel effortsWork with other Marketing team members in building, testing, implementing and launching platforms for organizational departmentsEnsure all digital content is aligned with stakeholder objectives and is in compliance with brand standards and all relevant rules and regulationsImplement strategies to drive traffic to digital channelsSupport implementation and interactions with TruWest’s digital marketing vendorsPrepare or deliver publishable content or electronic material for social media channelsWork with the Marketing Data Specialist to analyze digital analytics to identify trends and opportunitiesLearn and understand targeting, creative direction, marketing messages, marketing spend, budget allocation across acquisition channels for stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceAssist in completing work tickets and managing web copyWork with the graphic designer on design updates for collateral materialAssist with the video production of monthly organizational leadership updatesSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing spontaneous service excellence to members, employees and business associates, demonstrating the values shown on TruWest Credit Union’s Vision, Mission, and Value statementFollow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.Periodically required during outside hours to access digital platforms remotely for updatesPerform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend and regularly lift objects of up to 15 lbs.; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist; and talk and hear.
