Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH (with potential travel to other locations)
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing
Position Overview
We're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies while supporting broader marketing initiatives. You'll craft engaging content, manage social channels, and help boost engagement and visibility for our brand and partner practices. Your work will help build a strong online presence, foster meaningful connections, and support key campaigns. This role offers flexibility with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration as needed for meetings and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute our social media strategy to grow and engage our community of followers.
Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to posts, reviews, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate on content creation, aligning with broader marketing calendars and campaigns.
Support the overall marketing team by contributing to content, tracking performance metrics, and occasionally assisting with outreach events and projects.
Work closely with external creative partners to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
Analyze social media performance and translate data into actionable insights to drive growth.
Help maintain our online reputation through effective community management and service recovery.
Assist with other marketing duties and campaigns as needed, working closely with the wider team.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Creativity and storytelling abilities with a talent for producing engaging, shareable content.
Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience analyzing data and using insights to optimize performance.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns, ideally within healthcare.
Strong design and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for typography and layout.
Experience working with external creative agencies or partners.
Additional Information
This role requires occasional travel to other office locations.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks such as standing, sitting, and walking.
