About the RoleAs a Brand Marketing Coordinator, reporting to our VP of Brand Marketing, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team. You will support all brand activities and development for JPMS portfolio of brands (focusing on our wet lines), taking product(s) and campaign(s) from ideation to execution to post launch performance reviews. This is a hybrid position and will work out of our office in Century City 3x per week.
What You Will Do
New Product SupportAssist JPMS brand leads with new product development processMaintain new product development (NPD) ideation logSet up new product profile reviews, facilitate cross functional approvals and set up kick off meetingsConduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insightsDistribute and gather Research & Development (R&D) formula submissions; collect feedback on those submissionProduct Lifecycle MarketingAssist in managing launches/branded campaignsCoordinate go-to-market kick-offs with JPMS cross-functional teamsCoordinate the development of JPMS marketing collaterals; ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the respective JPMS brand guidelinesOrganize and manage workflow for post launch performances with Brand Marketing leadsCreate brand specific presentations, as neededAdministrative Brand MarketingAssist with special projects and administrative tasks, as neededAssist with the management of key projects for the Brand Marketing team as assigned by brand leads, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completedWork closely and efficiently with multiple Marketing department leaders to keep them well informedMaintain internal Brand Marketing filing systemCreate JPMS multi-brand PPT (new and existing)Organize the marketing department cultural activities and team building eventsOrganize and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and other eventsHelp process consumer insights subscriptionsBring creative concepts and new thinking to the marketing teamWho You Are:Have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, leaving a positive impression on everyone you interact withCollaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a cohesive team environmentStrong time management skills and able to act with a sense of urgencyHighly organized, detail oriented and efficient multitaskerSelf-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidanceComfortable wearing many hats and moving fluidly between tasksUtilize relevant industry jargon and terminology consistently in both verbal and written communicationsAct and propose new ideas and solutions before askedYou are positive, upbeat, and friendlywith a can-do attitude and a knack for solving problemsSelf-described beauty enthusiast, passionate about hair careRequirements:

base hourly range
for this position is
$31.25/hr-$36.06/hr . The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.Discretionary Bonus Plan:
