A Master’s degree or an MBA is preferred.Proven marketing leadership experience of over 8 years, ideally within a professional services or law firm setting.Strong background in digital marketing, with demonstrated successes in improving online visibility and lead generation.Expertise in managing traditional media and advertising buys, with a keen understanding of optimizing marketing spend.Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring a team.Data-driven mindset with a capacity to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies.Ability to operate both at a strategic level and be hands-on in implementing marketing activities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience managing budgets in excess of $3 million.In addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits:12 paid holidays annually10 days of paid vacation annually10 days of sick leave annuallyMedical insurance401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company matchCommunications stipend for remote employeesTraining and continuing education budgetRegular firm events (happy hours, team building, holiday party, etc.)Laptops are replaced every 3 years.
