- Facilitate Brand governance efforts.
- Effectively communicate guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across internal and external touch points; including but not limited to web, mobile, email, social, paid advertising, partnerships, and internal communications.
- Aid in the maintenance and evolution of Brand Guidelines as required.
- Manage projects from defining requirements to delivery. Keep projects on time, manage vendors to specific timelines.
- Assist with execution of internal Brand Ambassador program.
- Provide design and written direction for branded collateral.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate Brand specific content and information sharing among departments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years' experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Beginner skill set in Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Hands-on experience working with marketing collateral (e.g. newsletters, flyers, environmental branding, paid advertising, branded swag, uniforms, etc.)
- Ability to incorporate feedback and both take and give direction well.
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups.
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
