The Role:The Pixi Digital Designer is pivotal in developing the visual identity of our product innovations, promotions, campaigns, and brand materials across all channels. This role demands a dynamic, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with all marketing channels – including CRM, Growth, Ecommerce and Social Media in completing asset creations and image editing for both digital and print projects. They must maintain the brand’s creative guidelines while also presenting innovative and engaging images/designs.
Responsibilities:Executing digital marketing materials including but not limited to web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics and promotional materials.Driving our website design by producing visually compelling online experiences. Working with Ecommerce and technical team members to problem-solve and ensure creative vision is fulfilled.Producing and editing social content as needed including image retouching, video editing, and animation creation.Leading digital story telling across all customer touch points.Owning and evolving our visual brand digitally in partnership with the CDO.Pitching new ideas with the aim of always taking the brand to the next level.Providing support across other design areas such as collateral, print, photography, storyboards, and retail or event spaces.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools and introducing new ideas to evolve our brand’s digital platforms.All other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience:Min 2 years’ experience in Beauty as a Graphic Designer or at least a FMCG categoryStrong portfolio of graphic design examples across digital, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, showcasing creative varietyKnowledge in design principles including, but not exclusive to, visual hierarchy, color theory, negative space, typography, balance and alignment.Knowledge and experience of the print processes and online imagery requirementsExcellent time management and organizational skills, and works well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
