Job title: Brand Marketing Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles preferred, New York City acceptable
Compensation Range: $25/hr
Position Type: Part-Time, 30-40 hours/week
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with key brand and business initiatives, working cross-functionally to execute on big ideas. You will be responsible for coordinating initiatives in order to achieve our goals for brand and product. You will have prior experience working in brand marketing, and be able to ideate and support the team with new product launches, brand + partnership campaigns, events, and creative content. This position reports directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and will work with our remote team.
Responsibilities and Duties—
- Campaign planning: Work closely with manager to execute on marketing message map + brand campaigns across all marketing channels
- Brand partnerships: Assist with end-to-end execution of brand partnerships, including ideation, communication, logistics, and recap reporting
- Events: Assist with event planning and day-of execution for large scale influencer events, conceptualize and execute quarterly community events and customer engagement moments, and support with in-store initiatives at retail partners to ensure all brand touchpoints are consistent and engaging
- PR: Work with external PR agency to craft pitches and coordinate deskside meetings, assist with launch campaign deliveries and evergreen gifting initiatives
- Giveback: Manage comms and planning for Crown Affair’s mentorship program, Seedling
- Cross-functional collaboration: Brief creative & copy needs to necessary stakeholders and oversee from start to finish to support brand + product campaigns in line with current growth, marketing, and influencer strategies
- Reporting: Compile and present monthly reports including KPI tracking, wins, and opportunities for improvement

- You are a self-starter and creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving. You remain cool under pressure and always suggest a solution (or two) when a problem arises
- You have a proven track record managing fast-paced, high-expectations projects from beginning to end and coordinating with internal and external partners and vendors toward a common, brand-aligned goal
Qualifications—
- 1-2 years of Brand Marketing experience
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (social media, email, partnerships, etc)
- Experience communicating to multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Experience working with project management platforms
- Strategic understanding of brand building
- Organized, with high attention to quality and detail
- The ability to be proactive in a dynamic environment
- Must be willing to travel about once per quarter for in-person marketing moments
- Must be based in Los Angeles or New York City
