Job Description
Freshworks is seeking a dynamic, performance-driven leader to oversee and drive global partner marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing the global partner marketing strategy, leading in-region marketing initiatives, and collaborating with global partner sales organizations to accelerate business growth. We are looking for a seasoned leader who understands all motions of partner marketing — "with," "through," and "to" — including partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation.
- Lead the creation and execution of global partner marketing strategies that align with Freshworks’ customer acquisition, revenue, and market share goals.
- Lead and manage a global team of partner marketing managers responsible for executing strategic events, campaigns, and marketing materials to support partner growth, particularly for Channel Partners, MSPs, ISVs and AWS.
- Work closely with regional channel sales and field marketing teams to understand market-specific needs and develop scalable marketing programs tailored to local territories.
- Design and execute partner-led campaigns, digital strategies, and ABM initiatives to generate pipeline growth, leveraging both partner and internal resources.
- Oversee and optimize global partner marketing budgets including MDF, track performance, and adjust resource allocation as needed to ensure efficient use of funds and maximize ROI.
- Partner with internal teams such as brand, campaigns, customer marketing, and product marketing to drive expansion within existing segments and explore new business initiatives.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a focus on partner and channel marketing.
- Proven success in leading global partner marketing teams, specifically in channel and MSP environments.
- Expertise in developing and executing "to," "with," and "through" partner marketing strategies.
- Strong background in partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation programs.
- Experience working with strategic alliance partners like AWS on joint marketing initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and global stakeholders.
- Skilled in using data to drive marketing strategies, optimize budgets, and measure performance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Additional Information
This role is based in the Seattle Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus
Compensation Package
$208,000-$299,000 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
