Polly is looking for an organized and passionate digital marketer to join our team. This candidate will plan, execute, and optimize various digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty, including but not limited to: Integrated marketing campaigns (that leverage social media, email and content marketing, etc.) for strategic partners and investor customers, inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, and digital advertising. This candidate will monitor and analyze digital campaign data to assess effectiveness and will provide data-driven recommendations to optimize these initiatives and further advance Polly’s position as a market leader.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage various digital channels that promote Polly’s brand, platform, and/or services, including but not limited to email marketing, affiliate marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and PPC.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer and partner acquisition, referral marketing, and retention.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate new affiliate business and cross-sell revenue.
- Manage digital content creation, including video assets (video experience preferred).
- Create and manage engaging and relevant social media content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather lender and product adoption feedback to create compelling digital assets that support sales enablement.
- Manage online digital ad campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign data to improve search engine optimization and continually evolve strategy.
- Test and iterate digital marketing campaigns and tactics to optimize performance.
- Align digital activities with corporate marketing and strategic objectives.
- Support all Polly events, including podcasts, webinars, virtual and in-person events.
Who you are:
- Experienced in the creation, execution, and tracking of high-impact digital marketing (portfolio preferred)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, and
- Ability to understand and analyze data and trends across email automation tools (HubSpot preferred), lead generation, website analytics (SEO/PPC), digital advertising, and content marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- HubSpot administrator is a plus
- Video production experience is a plus
- Mortgage/B2B marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to travel as necessary
