Position Overview
The Marketing team is a critical component of the Bank’s success, providing strategic and operational supports that enable the exceptional delivery of our banking products and services. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing the bank’s social media and content marketing. In addition, this individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of marketing initiatives and building partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
This a hybrid position and will require being open to traveling to different offices/locations as needed.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages the bank’s social media account strategy, content and calendar.
- Works with Marketing Manager on content marketing and writing for sourced content.
- Collaborates with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs.
- Aids with podcast strategy, booking and promotion.
- Assists with creating and delivering gift baskets.
- Manages Christmas card list and distribution.
- Orders and maintains holiday office supplies.
- Responsible for promotional and trade show item fulfilment.
- Helps develop and execute strategy, marketing, communications and advertising.
- Supports partner relationships, including marketing agencies, research firms, printers, mail houses and events vendors.
- Consistently delivers outstanding client service while providing premiere client satisfaction with a can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times.
- Acts as a cultural ambassador to internal and external clients, providing a professional, exceptional, and supportive experience with each interaction.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, Hootsuite, Mailchimp.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing banking or financial services is preferred.
- Experience or certifications in digital marketing and analytics.
- Recognizes how clients and prospects interact with a brand both physically and digitally and experience a brand end-to-end while building systems that maximize the reach, integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of each message.
- Demonstrates superior communication ability, both orally and written; has superb listening skills; communicates ideas clearly and credibly.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with various business lines, the marketing team, the Bank’s marketing agency, and other partners.
- Adaptive, flexible, and comfortable with evolving and progressive change.
