Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, working on both Passion Tree and PopSips. This part-time hybrid role is based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work, though in-person availability will be required for scheduled team meetings and content shoot days.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and creating impactful organic social media content for both brands. Communicating and collaborating with the small internal marketing team. Your role will include deeper market and consumer understanding, implement community engagement tactics across social platforms, and creating organic social media content with the team that is authentic, unique and specifically catered to each platform to enhance performance and build brand equity amongst target consumer cohorts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute innovative organic social media campaigns for Passion Tree and PopSips, tailored to each brand’s identity and audience.
• Film, edit, and post unique content, establishing “series” that amplify brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand target consumers.
• Engage with the online community and foster meaningful connections with followers.
• Strategize and assist with experiential campaigns to drive buzz and visibility.
• Put together collaborative brand giveaways with other brands, creators etc.
• Collaborate closely with the team on creative concepts and growth strategies.
