Job Summary
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for the overall marketing strategies that need to be conducted in order to support Bank regions and lines of business. The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for the development of cohesive marketing plans and analytics, as well as creative revisions and compliance approvals. She/he is responsible for the implementation of digital marketing plans and must constantly conduct analysis to ensure that the efforts are in line with expectations.
Essential Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for all products/service in the digital space.
Work with the agencies content/creative development for email marketing, e-drops, events, and digital demand generation advertising campaigns.
Successfully manage and execute marketing initiatives and small projects.
Act as a marketing subject matter expert providing best practices, trends and recommendations to marketing program managers and business partners
Prepares and executes marketing plans for assigned regions and/or lines of business under the supervision of his or her direct supervisor.
Provide support to other marketing program managers in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions to improve overall results.
Processes routine paperwork, including compliance, legal, accounting and payables under direct instruction of immediate supervisor.
