We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Marketing Coordinator to manage a large-scale email newsletter program with over 500,000 recipients. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns, including content curation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the newsletter, utilizing your expertise in email marketing tools like Marketo.
- Project Coordination: Oversee and execute all aspects of a large-scale email newsletter program, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Content Development: Curate content from existing assets, write original newsletter content (e.g., subject lines, headlines, and introductory text), and align messaging with organizational objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Build and send newsletters using a templated tool (Marketo), refine audience segmentation, and implement best practices to maximize engagement.
- Collaboration: Assign review responsibilities, coordinate with internal teams, and manage stakeholder communications to streamline processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor overall progress, and prepare detailed status and performance reports for upper management.
- Leadership: Lead and direct the work of team members as necessary, demonstrating creativity and initiative to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a similar field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Marketo preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
