American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS), is the leading provider of payments for small, mid and large corporations globally. The Marketing Strategy and Content team provides strategic thought leadership, engaging content, and enterprise connectivity to fuel impactful, efficient, and cohesive B2B marketing. The B2B content marketing team, a subset of this team, drives impact for our customers and American Express by providing differentiated educational and inspiring content that empower businesses.
The Analyst, Editorial Content Marketing will be responsible for supporting the execution of an engaging editorial content strategy for GCS market segments. The role will support day-to-day content operations, facilitate collaboration with internal and external partners to progress timely creation, production, and execution of various content initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supports team and partners by assisting with organization and development of B2B content strategy and production
- Assists with day-to-day content operations
- Works with cross-functional partners, creative and editorial agencies on various content initiatives
- Works with legal, compliance, and relevant marketing teams to ensure that content produced is compliant
- Assists partners who monitor performance of content
- Manages budgets, timelines, and editorial calendars
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience. Marketing and editorial experience a plus.
- Strong executional skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to take initiative and simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- MS PowerPoint/Word skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to drive results
- Interest in new communications tools, social media, and digital media
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
