McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well known hospitality brand and together we are seeking a Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for driving and leading marketing strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands. As a Senior Manager in Global Brand Marketing, you will support the Senior Director in developing and executing marketing strategies and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance.
This role is a W2 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and sometimes lead the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics; both long term and short term
- Manage the process between marketing and creative to ensure on brand deliverables
- Manage activities of internal and external agency partners to ensure timely and strategic execution of high-impact brand marketing, including crafting clear briefs and providing strategic feedback.
- Manage cross-functional projects to support brand marketing objectives.
- Manage photo and video shoots in support of business and marketing objectives.
- Enable local marketing efforts by creating centralized tools and resources aligned with brand identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Brand Management team and cross-functional partners to implement brand positioning across the organization.
- Utilize core research, analytics, and metrics to inform consumer trends and develop strong, engaging creative.
- Monitor success and opportunities for improvement to enhance return on investment.
- Collaborate with key partners and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Present findings and recommendations with effective visuals and persuasive communication tailored to each audience.
- Participate in category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in interdepartmental efforts.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Marketing experience within the hospitality or CPG industry
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related field.
- Three years of experience working with and providing strategic direction to agency partners.
- Experience working on a global brand and/or within a global company
- Experience crafting distinctive consumer campaigns in digital and social channels
- Experience managing photo and video shoots.
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
- Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio.
- Willing and able to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally.
- Powerpoint design experience
