As an HCP
Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development of branded and unbranded strategies and materials for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring alignment with the company's mission and business goals. This role is instrumental in driving impactful initiatives that improve awareness and access to life-changing therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute professional marketing tactics for HCP audiences.
- Lead brand marketing activities and tactics for specific therapies, such as APRETUDE.
- Leverage HCP insights to create meaningful materials, both non-personal and rep-delivered.
- Manage creative and media agencies to produce compelling professional content.
- Oversee field communications and coordinate professional creative concepts, strategies, and messaging.
- Establish detailed project timelines and manage promotional review processes.
- Monitor budgets and ensure projects align with financial goals.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration, building consensus and handling sensitive issues responsibly.
- Travel approximately 10-20% as required.
- Develop branded & unbranded tactics for professional audiences.
- Manage projects through the Promotional Review process.
- Evaluate and set project budgets, work with agency/finance to ensure progressing according to budget.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to align objectives across multiple groups and influence outcomes.
- Identify/build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders that are grounded in trust/mutual respect.
- Foster open communication among project team members, network and build alliances in a spirit of collaboration.
- Build consensus by involving others in decisions that impact them; handle controversial issues responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Sciences.
- At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
