Position Overview
Our higher education client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective marketing communication strategies to enhance brand presence and engage our target audience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans that align with brand objectives.
- Create compelling written content for various platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure high quality and consistency in messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication efforts across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to take initiative.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
