The Marketing department is a team of Writer/Producers, Editors and Designers. The department is responsible for promoting the station initiatives and brand and supporting the creative needs of other departments . Marketing works closely with the news and sports departments to promote upcoming stories and is also responsible for producing campaigns drive viewer sampling,
Responsibilities
- 60% Assist producers with creative production and post production, contribute ideas for promos, social posts
- 20% Search for video selects and screen video
- 15% Present a plan for station promotional items based on annual events and other station needs
- 5% Assist with station sponsored events
- 5% Meet with station leaders to get an overview of the various departments
Eligibility:
- Internships are available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors, or Master's students in the fall of 2025. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
- You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
- Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
- Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $20.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
