Public Relations and Brand Events Manager
B V L G A R I is looking for Public Relations and Brand Events Manager, based out of our Coral Gables office in Florida. As the Public Relations and Brand Events Manager for Bulgari, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance Bulgari’s brand image, increase visibility, and drive engagement in alignment with the company’s values and objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship building skills to establish strong connections with media, influencers, and key stakeholders in the luxury market.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote Bulgari's brand, products, and events.
Align PR activities with Bulgari's overall marketing and business objectives.
Support local PR Teams in our main markets, guiding their activities and strategies in order to strengthen our brand equity and visibility locally.
Establish strong rapport with HQ PR teams to leverage on global activations as well as gathering support to local activities.
Identify and leverage key media opportunities to maximize exposure.
Evaluating different market trends and defining communication to LATAM region.
Creating strategic communications for different business units.
Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage press office activities.
Secure top tier media coverage for product launches, events, and brand milestones.
Event Management:
Plan and execute high profile branding events, including store openings, product launches, and collaborations, ensuring exceptional brand representation and maximum amplification.
Oversee event related communications, including press releases, media invitations, and follow-ups.
Manage media attendance and coverage for events.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to promote Bulgari’s initiatives and values.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Monitor trends to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
Managing the distribution of content with online/offline media.
Influencer & KOL Partnerships:
Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and celebrities to enhance brand awareness and desirability.
Evaluate the success of influencer campaigns and ensure alignment with brand values.
Negotiate brand ambassador contracts and manage the relationship, ensuring maximum amplification according to brand guidelines.
Crisis Management:
Support during crisis situations, ensuring that all communications are clear, consistent, and align with Bulgari’s reputation management protocols.
Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and anticipate potential issues.
Measurement & Reporting:
Monitor PR & Branding activities and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, media coverage, and ROI.
Frequently track and monitor PCO and DMR reports.
Analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
PR Set Management
Manage PR set inventory, ensuring accuracy and well maintenance of pieces.
Manage the movement of inventory, ensuring that all procedures are done according to brand policy and insurance requirements,
Manage and optimize budget available for PR set purchases.
Budget Management
Ensure accuracy and optimization of budgets.
Strategically define main investments and monitor results.
Manage and control suppliers, payments and financial flows at a regional level while supporting and monitoring local teams expenditures.
Provide monthly reports to leadership.
Technical Skills
Project management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office , Fashion GPS, Procurement systems, Tableu and or Power BI
Marketing and Communication tailored to different markets
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
Proven track record of successful media relations and securing high profile coverage.
Strong network of media contacts in the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand tone.
Experience planning and managing luxury events, from concept to execution.
Familiarity with digital media and influencer marketing trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
Passion for luxury brands, fashion, and craftsmanship.
**Fluent in Spanish (required). Portuguese and Italian are a plus.**
