DUTIES
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, specifically with third-party partners and across multiple channels.
You will drive innovative 360 marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and digital marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Joining a small but mighty team means that you’ll have exposure to all our marketing initiatives and take on a variety of tasks that will have high visibility and impact.
Support the Head of Marketing in executing the brand vision, strategies, and communications to deliver short and long-term business goals.
Execute on annual and seasonal brand and product marketing strategies that help build the brands, grow the customer file, reinforce the brand positioning and above all, drive awareness.
Own and execute all partner marketing campaigns, working with external partners to build programs that build brand awareness and affinity.
Develop all partnership briefs and ensure all respective needs are being clearly and effectively communicated.
Act as Project Manager, developing and closely monitoring detailed timelines for all partnership elements.
Define the vision and strategy for how brand partnerships and activations excite and delight current customers while attracting/prospecting new customers and ultimately driving brand awareness and relevance.
Ensure discipline and consistency in executing brand equity and identity across all touchpoints.
Create and maintain channel marketing calendars that support business goals.
Initiate and implement curation, design, and direction for newsletters.
Manage and collaborate with social media coordinator.
Collaborate with team members for tradeshows.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and planning skills.

Fluent with social analytics tools.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and solve problems.
You demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and strong interests in Game.
Experience in cross-departmental cooperation and teamwork.
Team player with strong work ethic, keen to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
