Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to support the Digital marketing team across Email, SMS, Paid Media, Direct Mail and other key marketing initiatives
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Sr. CRM Manager and Global Director of Digital Marketing in managing key Email, SMS and Paid Social/Paid Media projects, asset requests, creative briefs and marketing calendars.
- Support Sr. CRM Manager in execution of email and SMS plans, as well as targeted, journey-based marketing campaigns to drive sales and conversion.
- Support Global Director of Digital Marketing in asset requests, creative briefs and agency hand-offs for paid social/paid media campaigns.
- General task and project management for Email, SMS, Paid Social and other creative needs as assigned.
- Monitor and analyze competitors and other retailers to stay up-to-date on best practices and online trends. Deliver and present competitor analysis requests as needed.
- Participate in the brainstorming, planning, development, and execution of Email/SMS and paid marketing programs.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination with the site merchants, creative and eCom team to confirm marketing content is accurate and aligns with email, paid and site experience
- Miscellaneous reporting and measurement, inclusive of monitoring Email campaign results such as open rates, click-through rates and unsubscribe rates to maintain and adjust our best practices and benchmarks in partnership with Sr. CRM Manager.
- Help to maintain a content and template library for top performing Emails, Paid Social Ads and other brand touchpoints.
- Assist with additional channel marketing programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing / digital marketing experience. Exposure to CRM and/or Paid Media preferred.
- Asana, Klaviyo and Attentive platform experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. The ability to provide clear creative guidance and feedback, communication of timelines and other need to cross-functional partners is a critical part of this role.
- Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accelerate multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Strong analytical marketing orientation. Understanding of basic marketing KPIs.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of management, brand partners and outside vendors. Able to mobilize others to achieve results.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar area preferred.
