Job Title: Senior Researcher (Offsite) / Marketing Specialist (Including Weekend)

Job Summary:
The Senior Researcher / Marketing Specialist (Offsite) will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and developing marketing strategies that support organizational objectives. This role requires a combination of research and marketing expertise, focusing on market trends, consumer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The individual will work offsite and be expected to contribute to projects during weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to support marketing strategies, including market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into marketing strategies
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Produce detailed reports and presentations that communicate research findings and campaign outcomes
- Assist in creating and optimizing content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Work with leadership to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Provide recommendations for marketing improvements based on research findings and industry trends
- Manage marketing initiatives and ensure that all deadlines, including weekend deliverables, are met
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic, tactical, and media communication at the communication level
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and interpret market data
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while working offsite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, including on weekends as necessary
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
Specialized Work Experience: 5 years of demonstrated strategic, tactical, and media communication experience within the last 10 years
