ResponsibilitiesIn Keysight Global Marketing, we thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for understanding our customers’ businesses and helping them achieve positive outcomes. We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Intern to join our innovative marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to develop strategic marketing plans that captivate, engage, and inspire our audiences. You will identify areas to optimize our GTM deliverables with the goal of increasing campaign performance. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, creativity, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop integrated marketing plans, outlining campaign strategies, objectives, tactics, and timelines.
- Develop detailed campaign timelines, including schedules of tactic deliverables and a calendar of activities, ensuring all milestones are met within deadlines.
- Create, monitor, and communicate GTM results to measure the effectiveness of the tactics and to guide data-driven decisions.
- Optimize campaign performance by identifying areas for improvement, developing timelines for implementing optimizations, and ensuring all milestones are met within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (business/marketing/engineering) with at least one year of completion.
- Excellent English-speaking / writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently to prioritize tactics based on importance and urgency to meet deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
