What’s the role?
Etsy is seeking a Senior Producer, Paid Social Creative to develop engaging, audience-first social content that embodies our brand. You’ll lead creative development of video and static assets for full funnel paid social campaigns, from ideation to campaign launch. You'll draw from your social expertise to inform creative strategy and develop effective, scroll-stopping content across multiple platforms and markets. You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing and Brand Strategy teams, as well as external agency and platform partners, to ensure we’re taking an insights-informed approach to content creation.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Paid Social Content,. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?
- End-to-end management of Etsy’s creative development for paid social programs on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest - from content ideation to final delivery
- Working with in-house and external content creators to bring to life our creative briefs, ensuring Etsy’s full funnel strategy is expressed in each social concept
- Building a robust creative plan by platform that addresses audience priorities and performance goals, in partnership with Growth Marketing leads
- Working closely with Etsy’s in-house Social Video team, including video editors and creators, to deliver creative feedback
- Establishing creative guidelines and maintaining a standard of excellence across all of our social assets
- Collaborating with Growth Marketing leads to refine our content strategy by platform, informed by creative performance and platform-specific insights and optimizations
- Recommending creative approaches and tactics that deliver on campaign goals, based on paid social expertise and audience insights
- Partnering closely with Growth Marketing to continuously test and learn and evolve our content strategy
- Surfacing new creative tactics and opportunities, driven by cultural and platform trends and competitive insights

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
- 8+ years of experience as a social or video producer at a large retail brand, publisher or agency with recent experience specifically across paid social campaigns and formats
- Deep knowledge of the social media landscape: you’re immersed in social content trends and channel dynamics with a pulse on cultural conversations
- Extensive expertise developing creative for paid social formats - particularly on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest - and a clear understanding of how creative strategies and user experiences differ by channel
- Fluency in paid measurement and a demonstrated track record of optimizing creative and content based on performance insights
- Experience managing social content production through a variety of partners, including in-house creative teams, agencies, influencers and social content creators
- A keen awareness of the difference between successful organic and paid content as well as a discerning eye for what makes video content successful on social
- Exceptional time management, organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously across different channels and campaigns under tight deadlines
- Clear, considerate and effective communication skills - you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with peers and partners
- A passion for supporting small businesses, creativity and craftsmanship
