Compensation range: $70,000-$80,000/annually

We are seeking a Marketing & Retail Coordinator to provide support marketing and retail efforts as we grow. This role requires exacting organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and responsibilities, and the ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to grow something new with a motivated team.
Essential Functions
Retail support:
Maintain The Organization Of Marketing Files And Assets Across Sharepoint And Figma Keep Projects And Deadlines Up-to-date In Trello Coordinate With Various Team Members To Gather Necessary Assets And Information In Support Of Marketing Efforts (photography, New Menu Items, Etc.) Communication And Coordination With Press, Contractors, And External Agencies Submit Expense Reports, Update The Marketing Budget, And Organize Documentation Of Receipts And Invoices Web
Shopify Store Management Mange and update the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and e-commerce order fulfillment Support promotional campaigns and marketing efforts on the Shopify platform, including adding promotional codes, banners, and featured products as directed by the marketing team Receive, unbox, tag, merchandise, and store products efficiently Supply management (shipping supplies, retail bags, tissue paper, wrapping paper, etc.) Customer Service Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide exceptional service Handle customer and Porter.Works inquiries through various channels, including email and chat Process online and in-store orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment Gift wrapping Visual merchandising Merchandise product according to standards set by the Director of Retail to promote seasonal updates, promotions, and sales Merchandise new and current products beautifully and functionally with printed collateral (product information, pricing, and brand/maker stories) Coordinate with the operations team to maintain product displays, stock, and ensure retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing Marketing team support:
Maintain Updates To The B2B And B2C Websites Events
Maintain the online happenings calendar Update and print the happenings calendar and promotional collateral at The Shop Update templates for event graphics for use across all mediums (Instagram, Eventbrite, email, etc.) for use on social media, press outreach, email marketing, etc. Organize photography in Sharepoint following each event Share and re-post event photography to social media Photo and Video Shoot Assistance:
Coordinate With Vendors And All Involved Parties To Plan, Schedule, And Execute Professional Photo And Video Shoots As Needed Maintain Organization Of Photo And Video Assets Social Media
Work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop a content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn Source and create content (graphics, photo, video, and copy) for social media, according to Porter's brand standards Manage communications across all social accounts, and route contacts to the proper Porter team members as appropriate (event sales, B2B interest, etc.) Set up paid advertisements as needed Email Marketing:
Work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to produce ongoing newsletters: Monthly B2B newsletter (Porter Works & Porter Hospitality) Weekly B2C newsletter (The Shop) Content Marketing:
Support development of blog posts and case studies Gather assets Write copy Collaborate with team members to produce content KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
