As Bodega Taqueria y Tequila continues to expand, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida!
The Digital Marketing Manager will shape and manage our brand’s digital presence, crafting a compelling narrative and implementing innovative strategies to position our brands as top destinations. This role will lead the creation, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving measurable growth across all platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Messaging & Storytelling:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and engages target audiences.
- Craft cohesive brand narratives that reflect each brand’s unique identity and guest experience.
- Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistency across all digital content platforms and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Communicate with guests through app notifications, email campaigns, website updates, and third-party platforms.
Integrated Marketing Leadership:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that increase leads, brand awareness, and direct bookings/reservations.
- Identify local marketing opportunities through market research and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Content Creation & Performance:
- Oversee the creation and execution of high-quality content, including social media calendars, website updates, email campaigns, SMS, and app notifications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing calendars.
- Define KPIs for content performance, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage real-time content sharing, community engagement, and social media tagging.
- Ensure the coordination of content creation at events, programming, and photoshoots.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date image and video libraries.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring on-brand and consistent messaging.
- Conduct social listening, proactive community management, and trend-based content development.
- Partner with the digital agency and brand director to ensure strategies align with marketing plans.
Digital Strategy & Website Management:
- Lead digital strategy, including website updates, SEO optimization, and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with the brand team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Oversee paid media campaigns with agency partners, tracking and optimizing performance.
- Analyze website metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.
Online Presence & Third-Party Management:
- Manage brand presence on third-party platforms, ensuring accurate information and effective partnerships.
- Coordinate with the systems director to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Loyalty & Guest Engagement:
- Leverage loyalty platforms (e.g., Lunchbox) to create targeted campaigns, app notifications, and guest segmentation.
- Strategize to boost direct orders, app usage, and guest loyalty.
- Analyze loyalty data, propose campaigns, and optimize based on insights.
- Develop omnichannel campaigns to enhance guest engagement and frequency.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue.
- Manage audience segmentation for targeted messaging.
- Create automated omnichannel campaigns based on guest behavior and loyalty trends.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email performance and report insights.
Event & Program Support:
- Ensure content related to events and programs is captured, organized, and distributed across channels.
- Work with on-site teams and photographers to produce engaging event-related content.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of marketing and social media coordinators, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Omnichannel Campaign Effectiveness: Email campaigns, app notifications, and SMS marketing achieve high engagement rates and directly contribute to guest retention and revenue growth.
- Loyalty Platform Utilization: Loyalty programs and guest engagement campaigns are effectively executed, increasing app usage, guest frequency, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborative Content Creation: High-quality content, including event coverage and real-time updates, is consistently produced and shared across digital channels in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Digital strategies are informed by analytics and reporting, with actionable insights shared with leadership to optimize future campaigns.
- Effective Community Management: Social listening, proactive engagement, and timely responses to online interactions strengthen guest relationships and reinforce the brand’s reputation.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration ensures alignment between digital initiatives and broader brand and marketing strategies, creating a seamless guest experience across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or food and beverage industries.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for creativity, collaboration, and delivering impactful results.
