Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join an exciting direct-to-consumer Ecommerce startup launching a bold personal care brand! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and retention for a challenger brand in the health and wellness category. This role focuses on establishing marketing automation, optimizing email campaigns, analyzing performance, and integrating tools to enhance the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, tech-savvy marketer with hands-on experience in e-commerce tools and a deep understanding of customer retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, post-purchase surveys, and review requests.
- Optimize automations to drive retention, reduce churn, and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Test, analyze, and refine workflows to improve engagement and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and send times to boost open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimize efforts.
- Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders to highlight ROI, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Stamped.io to execute campaigns and gather insights.
- Work with subscription platforms to manage and enhance recurring revenue streams.
- Develop strategies to improve retention and reduce churn through data-driven insights.
- Implement and test loyalty programs and incentives to encourage repeat purchases and boost customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Exceptional copywriting skills paired with a fearless approach to bold, creative experimentation.
- Proven ability to measure ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies with a keen eye for determining what’s driving results.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and subscription platforms such as Stay.AI highly preferred.
