Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute bold marketing strategies that emphasize customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Leverage data analytics to pinpoint and scale effective marketing channels, optimizing return on investment.
- Monitor, evaluate, and present insights on marketing campaigns to improve strategies continuously.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop resources that empower their ability to drive revenue.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, SEO/SEM, email outreach, and social media, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
- Partner with the Product Team to devise marketing strategies for both new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Organize and manage industry conferences and events, overseeing logistics and evaluating returns on investment.
- Cultivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrating success in growth marketing and customer acquisition within a startup environment.
- Expertise in growth marketing strategies, including lifecycle marketing, growth hacking, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficient in utilizing marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
- Broad experience across various marketing disciplines, particularly digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and event planning.
- History of leading and developing successful teams in fast-paced settings.
- Strategic thinker capable of innovating and adapting to a rapidly evolving startup landscape.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
