Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team across PR, social media, customer service, and Shopify operations.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee product launches, weekly collection rollouts, and promotional campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business goals.
E-Commerce & Content Marketing
- Direct email marketing, copywriting, and graphic design efforts, ensuring assets are visually compelling and SEO-optimized.
- Manage Shopify and AIMS 360 platforms for inventory control and personalized email promotions.
- Drive in-house photoshoots, styling, and content creation to maintain the brand’s luxurious aesthetic and high-quality standards.
Agency & Influencer Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate and advertising agencies, optimizing deliverables and budgets.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers to drive organic growth and engagement.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, enhance conversions, and ensure ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Budget & Innovation
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating spend strategically across channels.
- Introduce innovative ideas and gifting concepts to enhance brand awareness and attract new audiences.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media ad platforms.
