What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our
Executive Marketing Manager and participate in a comprehensive training program that includes:
- Basic Marketing Strategy: Master the fundamentals of effective campaigns
- Direct Advertising Techniques: Engage customers and drive impactful results
- Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising: Boost brand presence and visibility
- Consumer Market Research: Analyze target audiences and develop tailored strategies
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative techniques
- Address customer needs with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build brand recognition at local events and through experiential marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize, execute, and manage campaigns
- Interact directly with customers to provide personalized solutions
- Generate leads, develop client bases, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support senior marketing staff with client projects and initiatives

- Full-time availability, including some weekends for special events

- A 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
