We’re looking for a creative visionary, a master of storytelling, and a social media maven to lead our social content strategy and execution. As part of our broader team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, manage our agency partners, and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice. This role isn't just about posting updates—it's about creating quality content, crafting compelling narratives, and building a strong, engaged community.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure everything gets done on time and within budget. While often working independently, you will also be a key influencer, collaborating with and inspiring cross-functional team members and leaders at all levels of the organization to champion great ideas and bring them to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead Social Content Strategy: You'll be the mastermind behind our social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and business goals.
- Trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and creating the latest and emerging online trends and seize opportunities for real-time brand engagement.
- Content Creative: Be the creative force behind our social presence by producing high-quality, engaging content that tells our brand’s story and resonates with our audience.
- Agency Management: Work together with our agency partners to maintain consistent messaging and maximize the impact of our social campaigns.
- Community Builder: Foster and grow our social community by actively engaging with our followers, responding to inquiries, and cultivating meaningful conversations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights to optimize our strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand communication and amplify our social media efforts.
- Trend Analysis: Keep our social strategy fresh and innovative by staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Roll up your sleeves mentality with the ability to take a great idea and execute from start to finish.
- Willingness to work after-hours/weekends as needed.
- Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
- Experience with video editor and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
- Experience managing agency partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
