What You Will Work On
We are looking for a Digital Commerce Operations Specialist or Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in ecommerce. You will work on the consumer experience for nike.com and the app for the Asia Pacific & Latin America region, focusing on 5 territories with different markets, maturity, needs, and capability landscapes.
This Role Will
- Support APLA NDDC Digital Operations by partnering with various global and regional teams
- Provide capabilities tracking and rollout/go-to-market plans for territories
- Partner with business teams to support flagship platforms and digital partners
- Optimize current business and operational processes to automate/streamline where possible
What You Bring
- Comfortable with complexity, able to juggle multiple non-linear projects and shift priorities quickly
- Proficient in Airtable to streamline and optimize processes
- Able to interpret reports and explain complex information simply to others
- Must be located at World Headquarters
Ideal Candidate Will Also Have
- Experience with Jira
- SEO familiarity to assist territories in defining desires and identifying best practices
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, able to clearly communicate with non-native English speakers
