OVERVIEW
This award-winning Global Event Management company of 60 years seeks a high-performing, dynamic Creative Strategy and Event Design Manager who is a passionate designer, charismatic storyteller, and dream weaver. This role requires someone who is not only a visionary but also an engaged listener and a confident communicator. As a clever contributor and competitive collaborator, you’ll lead the development of innovative event concepts, ensuring each experience is both creative and strategically aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.
- Lead concept development and event design from ideation to execution, ensuring a cohesive narrative and attendee engagement.
- Proficient in creatively enhancing programs with a variety of standard services, including transportation, staffing, tours, and dine arounds
- Bring a refined sense of taste and style to event design, ensuring a polished and on-brand aesthetic.
- Participate in presentations, pitches, and client meetings, inspiring confidence in your creative ideas and ability to deliver on them
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including designers, producers, and vendors, to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, project budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas and innovations into event designs.
- Present concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand the competitive landscape
- Liaise with operation teams to ensure supplier service levels are met/exceeded
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team of designers with the ability to communicate design direction and deliver on deadlines clearly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with destination management, agency, graphic design, corporate event design, catering, production, or related discipline
- Experience infusing creative touches to go the extra mile
- A strong portfolio that is reflective of your creative experience and style
- Outside-the-box thinking that pushes the creative boundaries
- Extensive and trusted supplier relationships
- Expert level skill in Canva, Adobe Creative suites, Social Tables & Microsoft Offices
- Exceptional conceptual and design skills and a robust portfolio that shows your talent in creative design
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or Design
- Marketing experience
