YOUR MISSION:
- Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders.
- Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team and Sales.
- Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations and Warehousing.
- Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts.
- Analyze orderbook and develop/ execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals.
- Work with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer’s needs and manage chargeback disputes.
- Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Customer Service management and manage daily EDI uploads.
- Act as a Mentor for peers.
- Meet and represent department with Sales and Accounts including business travel.
- Provide proactive solutions, with the autonomy to use best judgment to resolve issues.
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
- 5+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry.
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Advanced Excel knowledge required.
- Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills.
- Advanced understanding of business process and JESTA knowledge.
- Domestic travel may be required.
