Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior VP of Sales and Marketing to join their Millville, NJ team.
The Senior VP of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for new sales bookings, marketing strategies, departmental budgeting, and accounts expansion, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Developing resource requirements, budget, growth plan, and return on investment explanation
- Cultivating understanding of market strategy and research to develop prime positioning, product, and price
- Creating and implementing compensation and incentive programs
- Designing and ensuring consistent use of KPI dashboards aimed at growth plan and goals alignment
- Overseeing CRM system management
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with Operations and Quality departments
- Reporting progress, data, and updates
Skills/ Competencies:
- 10+ years sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, that includes budgeting and data management
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office and sales software proficiency
Additional Details:
Salary: to $200k + bonus
