How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our clients’ strategic initiatives and drive their company's growth. In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with the overarching business objectives. You will transition their sales team into a national sales player by building best-in-class capabilities from process, technology, onboarding/training programs, and talent/career pathing.

You will need the following to be successful:
- Proven track record in building and scaling a $1B national sales organization within the building materials industry, while driving substantial growth and market presence

- Extensive experience in distribution and manufacturing, with specialty products making up over 50% of sales volume
- A passionate talent program builder with a history of attracting, hiring, and nurturing top-performing sales teams, ensuring clear pathways for career advancement
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and partners at the executive level, combined with a forward-looking perspective on the future of building products.
