Marketing AssistantResponsibilities:
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve outreachevent issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
MarketingAssistantRequirements:
- 1-2 years of community outreach,customer service, or salesexperience preferred
- Able to work full time, 40 hours a week
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to travel locally
- Comfortable with in person sales and customer service
