Therabody is seeking a Brand Relationships Coordinator to assist with the coordination and support of our growing brand relationships team. We're seeking someone who is organized, takes initiative, who is highly motivated and possesses clear and persuasive communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent relationship + communication skills are required in addition to a hands-on, forward-thinking approach. Support the Brand Relationships team by assisting with building short + long-term partnerships as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help further develop our overall partnerships strategy across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing day-to-day relationships with key partners, influencers, ambassadors and content creators to ensure each are properly supported, maintaining + developing existing relationships
- Support in the day-to-day management of influencer + content creator partnerships managing approvals, social media content & calendars, product fulfillment, finances + invoicing, etc.
- Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent the company to partners
- Collaborate with marketing, social, brand, sales, and design teams to develop inspiring content and creative
- Track + manage the distribution and management of inventory products
- Coordinate the timing of mailer distributions to coincide with key launches, promotions, and activations
- Manage mailing lists and ensure accuracy in recipient information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align mailer content with current campaigns and brand messaging
- Track and report on the delivery and effectiveness of each mailer campaign
- Maintain inventory of mailing materials and ensure all supplies are up-to-date
- Monitor and be accountable for metrics and develop actionable insights to improve the efficiency and performance; maintain partnership trackers on a weekly basis
- Prepare campaign + partnership recaps detailed monthly, quarterly as well annual reports that highlight partners’ and brand impact
- Protect organization’s value by keeping proprietary information confidential
- Track and report on campaign KPIs/Metrics
- Strong organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables assigned.
- Track and maintain deliverables for outgoing and incoming contracts including sponsorship inventory, account information, and financials
- Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and calls for Brand Relationships team.
- Create and maintain a tracking dashboard for partnerships to support the budgeting process.
- Assist with events and on-site activation, with the ability to travel occasionally to help facilitate such activations
- Identify and track industry trends, key moments, and culturally relevant events and help to drive the team's strategic approach to these opportunities
The Right Person Would Have
- 1+ years experience in a marketing role
- Must be able to maintain effective internal and external relationships
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative, identify and prioritize opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- A broad knowledge of sports across and sponsorships
- Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity
- Independent self-starter able to self-motivate and drive the business forward
- Must be detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of quality, keep accurate records and maintain tight deadlines
- Must be based in Los Angeles / able to work out of our LA HQ to support with events and products initiatives
- Knowledge of CreatorIQ + TribeDynamics a strong plus
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
